Capture a Task in Seconds — and Turn Any Note into an Action

You're in a meeting, mid-conversation — and someone assigns you a task. You say yes, mentally note it, and move on. Two hours later: gone. Keepsake solves this with a single habit: capture first, organize later. Whether you use a quick note or the T+ shortcut, a task can be saved in under three seconds — without breaking your flow.

Capture a note

The QuickNote bar is always at the top of the screen, ready before anything else loads. Open Keepsake, type what you need to remember, and press Enter. That's it.

Open Keepsake

On your phone or computer — the QuickNote bar is the first thing you see.

2

Type your note

Write whatever needs to be remembered. No folder, no category — just type.

3

Press Enter

Your note is saved instantly. You can close the app right away. The thought is safe.

Tip

If you're in the middle of a conversation, this takes less than three seconds. You stay present — and nothing falls through the cracks.

Find your note in the Inbox

Every note you capture lands in your Inbox. Once your meeting or conversation is over, open Keepsake and find it there — ready to be processed.

Open your Inbox

All unprocessed notes appear here, in the order they were captured.

2

Locate your note

Scroll or search for the note you captured earlier.

Transform a note into a task

Once you find your note in the Inbox, converting it to a task takes three clicks. The task form opens pre-filled with your note's content — just add a date and save.

3

Review and save

The task form opens pre-filled with your note. Add a due date, link a contact, or assign a tag — then save.

Tip

You can also add a contact or a tag at this step — so the task is already linked and organized before it even hits your day view.

Create a QuickTask with T+

If you already know when the task should happen, skip the Inbox entirely. Just add a T+ shortcut directly in the QuickNote bar — and the task is created and scheduled in one step.

1

Type your task with a T+ shortcut

Example: Send Baptiste an email T+1 — this creates a task scheduled for tomorrow.

2

Press Enter

The task is created instantly — it goes directly to your task list, not your Inbox.

Shortcut

T+0 = today · T+1 = tomorrow · T+3 = in 3 days · T+ASAP = urgent · T+? = someday
