Merge your tags

Have two similar tags? Merge them in one click!

• •From any tag page : click "Merge with..." next to the Delete button
• •Choose the destination : select the tag where everything will be transferred
• •Automatic transfer : all your items (contacts, tasks, notes, entries) are moved to the chosen tag
• •Content update : references #old-tag and [[old tag]] are automatically replaced

No need to wait! Your QuickNote appears instantly, even on a slow or nonexistent connection.

• •Offline mode : write your notes even without Internet—they'll be automatically saved when you're back online
• •Instant loading : the quick note form appears immediately, before the rest of the app even loads
• •Never lose anything : your text is preserved even if the page reloads

Mention your contacts with @

Type @ followed by a contact's name to mention them in your notes and tasks.

• •Autocomplete : as soon as you type @, your contacts appear for quick selection
• •Everywhere : mentions work in quick notes, tasks, and entries
• •Automatic link : the mentioned contact is automatically linked to your note or task

Create tasks in a flash with T+

Add T+ followed by a number of days to instantly turn a note into a task.

• •T+0 = task for today
• •T+1 = task for tomorrow
• •T+7 = task for next week

Powerful combination

Combine all three syntaxes in a single note: @mentions for contacts, #tags or [[pages]] for organization, and T+X to create a dated task. All in one quick capture!

Completed tasks organized

On tag pages, completed tasks now appear below active tasks in a collapsible section. Keep your focus on what's left to do while still having access to your history.

Tags and Pages

Organize your information with tags! Type #keyword or [[Page Name]] in your notes, tasks, or entries to create links between your content.

Your browser's back button finally works as you'd expect!

• •Back button : use your browser's back button to return to the previous page in the app
• •Refresh without losing your place : refresh the page and stay exactly where you were
• •Share links : copy the URL of any page to share it or bookmark it
• •Navigation history : navigate through your history like on any website

Daily improvements

• •Optimized birthday reminders : birthdays now show 14 days in advance (instead of 30), for a more relevant list
• •More precise celebrations : only contacts whose first name exactly matches the day's celebration are shown
• •Postpone a task : when you postpone a task to tomorrow, it disappears immediately from today's view
• •Reliable task dates : tasks always show on the right day, regardless of your timezone
• •Better tag highlighting : the selected tag is no longer highlighted once you leave its page
• •Relevant contact suggestions : your own contact ("By myself") no longer appears in reconnection suggestions
• •Back to top : when you change views, the page automatically scrolls to the top

When you check off a task, it stays visible for a few seconds with an animation before disappearing. You have time to see your progress and undo if needed.
